Day 3: Chronicles from Vardi, Viljandimaa, Estonia - July 14th, 2017

After the usual energisers "The hugging game", Ufuk - our Turkish trainer -  gave us a session about non-formal learning, formal learning and informal learning. We got more aware about the differences between these learning styles, using specific examples.

Then, we splitted into 4 groups lead by four more experienced participants, that facilitate a debate on "Erasmus Plus", giving information to the persons who were less acquainted about the Programme.   The session was followed with a Quiz using "Kahoot!" platform; the topic were the different key actions provided by the Programme.

Our hosts delighted us with a really rich and tasty lunch: salad, potatoes and meat.

Our day continued with the "World Cafè". Four volunteers lead the conversation on four different topics:

  1. How can you make EVS projects inclusive? What are the best strategies to include young people with fever opportunities?
  2. What are your/your organisation's best practices on quality EVS projects?
  3. What are your ideas for future EVS projects?
  4. What are the challenges for hosting or sending EVS volunteers? What kind of conflicts have you faced and how have you overcome them?
The results gave us a really good and positive feedbacks allowing us to go further in defining the next steps in these PBA.

The day ended with intercultural event run by Lebanon, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Portugal and Greece.
